The number of consultations is flexible and adapts to the complexity of the project. If multiple in-person meetings are important to you, and you like to discuss details thoroughly – whether at the project site or in our office – you will have the opportunity. There will be ample time to discuss ideas, select materials, and fine-tune details. In our Ráday Street office, you can view material samples in person, which greatly facilitates your decision-making.

This is not only a financial benefit but also a guarantee that the plans will be realized exactly as we envisioned them together. In terms of value for money, this is the most favorable solution, as you receive a significantly higher level, truly premium service for almost the same amount.

08We create a Moodboard

At the beginning of the design process, we present a comprehensive moodboard to you, which visually summarizes the character of the space. Through a selection of colors, materials, textures, furniture, and mood elements, the world we create for you begins to take shape even before detailed design.

09You receive a professional media package of your home

Your home, executed by us, will be captured by our professional photographer and videographer. The images and video will reflect the atmosphere of the space, the lighting, and the details in premium quality — comparable to interior design magazines. This can add value if you intend to sell the property later, and it will also be a cherished memory to look back on years from now.

Before the photoshoot and video shoot, we prepare your apartment with expert home staging. Decorations and accessories are put in place to instantly bring the space to life and ensure a truly striking result. We provide the decorations for the photoshoot, and if you particularly like any piece, you have the option to purchase them at the end.

This is how we work together – step by step

  • 01 – Contact and Quotation

    Fill out the inquiry form, and we will contact you shortly to discuss your ideas and the main parameters of the apartment. Based on this, we will request the floor plan, photos, or any background materials that help prepare the design. We will then prepare a personalized design quotation.

  • 02 – Contract and On-site Survey

    After accepting the quotation, we will send the contract via email and arrange a personal meeting – preferably on-site. During the survey, we thoroughly record the dimensions and characteristics, which takes approximately 1.5–2 hours. The contract is signed here, and the first installment becomes due.

  • 03 – Needs Assessment and Inspirations

    During the consultation, we discuss your expectations in detail, by function and style, room by room. We also ask for inspirational materials – in the form of Pinterest, Instagram, or your own photos – to better understand your taste and the atmosphere you are looking for. The goal is to clearly define what kind of home suits you and your family at this stage.

  • 04 – Design Program and Visualizations

    We compile the design program, which systematically summarizes all previously discussed needs, expectations, and directions. Once you confirm this in writing, the design work begins, and we start creating the 3D visualizations. The completed plans are sent via email, and we request written feedback for each room.

  • 05 – Consultation and Modification

    Once all initial visualizations are complete, we meet in the office to discuss materials, furniture, and details in depth. Based on this, we prepare the second, modified set of plans, which we share again for review. After the approved concept, we conclude the creative phase and move on to technical design.

  • 06 – Technical Documentation

    We develop detailed technical plans: demolition plan, electrical and lighting layout, tiling drawings, color schemes. These documents ensure that the construction proceeds exactly according to the designed concept. The handover of the plans concludes the design process, and the final installment becomes due.

  • + Optional: Construction Quotation

    If you wish, we can also prepare a complete construction quotation based on the final concept. This includes all materials, work processes, and supplementary elements – even built-in furniture, lighting, and textiles. The result can be a turnkey, truly well-thought-out home – without professional risk.
