Interior Design of a Two-Room Apartment

This two-room apartment is owned by a foreign client who purchased the property as an investment.

The concept aimed for a clean Scandinavian-Japandi aesthetic built on light, natural wood finishes and warm, earthy tones, ensuring an appealing yet timeless, high-quality appearance for tenants. In the open-plan living room-kitchen space, the slatted wood wall cladding deliberately connects with the kitchen’s material choices, creating a unified atmosphere. The kitchen’s wood-patterned fronts work well with the cream-colored kitchen fronts and stone-patterned wall cladding.

The result is a visually calm home with natural materials that is also highly practical, offering a livable solution for investment purposes by taking advantage of the residential park’s features.
