Based on the investor’s vision, we transformed a larger apartment into two separate homes. We paid special attention to ensuring the creation of a smaller studio with a mezzanine level and a larger, more spacious multi-room apartment. The first apartment features a black minimalist design, created with clean lines and practical solutions.
