Cost-Effective Interior Design Solutions
Our Greek client gave us complete creative freedom in the design, with no specific constraints regarding the interior.
The goal was to create a universally appealing, homely interior – a space equally ideal for young people, older residents, and families.
Our client purchased the apartment as an investment in a worn-out condition, and our task was to renovate it cost-effectively yet tastefully.
Cost-effectiveness was a key consideration in selecting finishes and furniture, so alongside the IKEA kitchen, we designed custom furniture only where functionally essential – such as the under-stair cabinet or built-in wardrobes.
The guest or children’s room can be flexibly converted into a study, allowing the future owner to adapt it to their lifestyle.
The colour palette is built on warm beige tones, which are timeless, welcoming, and broadly appealing – exactly what a home for sale should be.
