Renovation of a beautiful panoramic panel apartment

In this District XI panel apartment, we completely reimagined the starting foundations to create a home that aligns with the owner’s clear vision and lifestyle, ensuring long-term comfort. Building on the stunning panoramic views, we designed an open-plan living room with an American kitchen, a peninsula kitchen, and a dining area—ideal for both everyday use and entertaining guests.

During the significant floor plan modifications, we consulted with a structural engineer regarding the feasibility of moving walls to ensure the desired spatial connections could be safely achieved. As a result, the home now features a spacious study, a master bedroom with its own wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, a separate guest WC, and a large bathroom. The double entrance hall and numerous built-in storage solutions maximize the available space. The interior’s natural tones are made distinctive and memorable by the kitchen’s striking red 3D tile backsplash and green cabinet fronts.
