A New Home for a University Student Musician
The client originally purchased the new-build apartment for personal use, and now we are refreshing it for his son – ensuring there is space for friends, piano playing, and the whirlwind of university life.
The living room and kitchen are the heart of the project: we have concentrated the communal experience here, organizing the spaces so that a small group of friends can be comfortably seated. Plenty of built-in furniture and ample storage were a key requirement, so we designed everything to function practically in a young adult’s daily life.
