colorful, functional new-build apartment for a young couple
When designing a young couple’s apartment in Marina Part, the greatest challenge was presented by the corner unit’s characteristics: the numerous windows and terrace doors left limited wall space available for furniture placement. By reorganizing the space, the TV was moved from in front of the window to a dedicated TV wall, creating a more comfortable living area and a work corner suitable for working from home.
We combined the kitchen island with an extendable dining table, providing comfortable use for 4–6 people. To maximize storage space, we integrated IKEA elements with custom furniture for cost-effectiveness, complemented by distinctive colors and natural wood surfaces.
In the bedroom, practicality also took priority: in addition to a storage system built around the bed, we created a compact work area.
