Interior Design Challenges of a Family Home in Budaörs

During the design of the family home in Budaörs, we had to create a well-functioning, personalized interior space within the existing architectural framework. We completely reconceived the upper-floor layout, allowing the large bathtub to be placed on the bedroom level while retaining four bedrooms and a comfortable, highly functional bathroom.

On the ground floor, we achieved functional separation of the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen using custom furniture and space-dividing elements. We paid special attention to furnishing the large glass surfaces, maximizing storage capacity, and harmoniously integrating the client’s distinctive design concepts—the wooden slats, the feature fireplace, and the living wall—so that the home is both visually striking and comfortable to use in the long term.
